Artur Jędrych, legal advisor since 1995 and since 2009 a founder of and managing Partner in the law firm Jędrych & Partners, studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. He underwent training as a public prosecutor in 1992-94 and as an attorney in 1994-95.
For many years, Artur Jędrych was employed in and was the director of the law departments of Polish and foreign banks, including: Polsko – Amerykański Bank Hipoteczny S.A., Bank Austria Creditanstalt S.A., Rheinhyp – BRE Bank Hipoteczny S.A. and Pekao Bank Hipoteczny S.A. He has served on the governing bodies of entities operating on local and international markets, including the post of chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Włodarzewska Housing Cooperative and of Preys S.A.
Artur Jędrych is an expert in banking law, financial law, procedural law, vindication procedures and civil law. He has also acted as an advisor and independent consultant during the introduction of regulations governing the mortgage-based security of claims. He has many years of experience in providing legal service for construction projects, real estate transactions and financial investments. He provides consultancy for restructuring and investment projects, and acts as a mediator and legal counsel in court disputes. He has written many works on the subject of currency law, the real estate market, commercial law and vindication procedures, and on many occasions has delivered lectures and speeches at important conferences and seminars, including ones organized by government foundations. Artur Jędrych is owner of a license of an restructure advisor.
