Artur Jędrych, legal advisor since 1995, and since 2009 founding lawyer and managing partner at Kancelaria Jędrych & Partnerzy. He completed higher education at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. He completed the prosecutor’s training (in 1992-94) and legal adviser (in 1994-95). In 2011, he obtained a license of a qualified restructuring advisor.
He was a long-term employee and director of legal departments of Polish and foreign banks, including: Polish – American Bank Hipoteczny S.A., Bank Austria Creditanstalt S.A., Rheinhyp – BRE Bank Hipoteczny S.A. and Pekao Bank Hipoteczny S.A. He performed functions in the bodies of economic entities active on the local and international market, among others as chairman of the Supervisory Board of SM Włodarzewska and Preys S.A.
Artur Jędrych is an expert in the field of banking, financial, procedural, debt collection and civil law. He also acted as an advisor and independent consultant for works implementing regulations in the area of mortgage securing of receivables. Artur Jędrych has many years of experience in providing legal services to development projects, real estate trading, and investment financing. He is an advisor in restructuring and investment processes, mediator and attorney in court disputes. He is the author of many studies in the field of foreign exchange law, real estate, economic and debt collection law. He has repeatedly acted as a lecturer and speaker at significant conferences and seminars, including those organized by government foundations. Artur Jędrych is a licensed restructuring advisor.
